Terrified onlookers nervously debate between themselves as luminous blue lights of a UFO mother-ship swirl over their heads above the city of Shanghai. A farmer manages to catch a flying saucer as it zooms over his fields. A student notices a diamond shaped UFO hovering above a technical college.

 

These are only a few of the hundreds of sightings of alien UFOs that occurred in China this week.

 

Sightings of UFOs have never been more frequent in China. It is now believed that dozens of extraterrestrial races are descending on China, from insectoids to humanoids: And many of that nation's citizens are now asking why.

 

It has been reported that government authorities have ordered all astronomical stations across the country to observe the skies above them around the clock.

 

It is also rumored that frantic calls to the US political establishment have been made, however China has been told to deal with the situation without foreign intervention.

 

As China seeks contact with the handful of ET races that its governmental secret agencies have established ties with, so as to understand what is now happening, a sense of traditional calm, not panic, pervades.

 

After a century of turmoil the citizens of China are not scared. Having recently embraced a new political system, and western technology, they are used to change. Although almost destroyed by colonialism in the past, China is less fearful of the new order it foresees being established. The consensus amongst China's political elite is that China will be the epicentre of ET engagement with the human race. However these newcomers are not malevolent, they come in peace for the purpose of bringing humanity into the fold of galactic and universal civilisations and ending our isolation.

 

As declining western nations bury their heads in the sand regarding the coming open contact with beings from other worlds, the Chinese look forward to this opportunity with a brave sense of optimism and excitement over the leadership role to be bestowed on them by visiting aliens.
