Sarah Palin: Hubby Todd Jealous of her sex-symbol status?

She might have sent John McCain’s White House ambitions up in smoke but Sarah Palin is relishing her new role as a conservative sex symbol and her hubby Todd doesn't like it one bit according to Alaskan associates. Yes, Sarah Palin has become that hockey mum next door that the guy's down at the local gun club wouldn't mind getting to know a bit better. 'I bet she's a pit bull when the blinds are shut and the lipstick has been wiped off' comments Brad an avid hunter from Denver, Colorado.

Up until August 2008 former teen beauty queen Sarah Palin was barely known outside of the state of Alaska where she was serving, and still is serving as Governor since 2006 when she became the first female and the youngest person ever, at age 42, to hold the job. Prior to that she was the mayor of the small town of Wasilla. Her immensely popular status at home yet unknown status outside Alaska all changed this year when John McCain picked her as his running mate and candidate for Vice-president. Sarah has become an internationally known name and face and certainly her rise to political fame has been meteoric. No doubt this once runner up Miss Alaska’s good looks have played a big part.

Much fanfare and excitement accompanied her initial selection and for a while it all worked for McCain. However ultimately as the Republican candidate for VP many Americans were weary of her. She clearly knew little of life outside Alaska and allegedly was unaware that Africa was a continent, thinking that it was one country. This scared many and the initial buzz over the hockey-mum fizzled out. 'When she was picked as VP candidate many noted her good looks, tight fitting business suits, funky rimless glasses and perfectly applied lipstick' one Republican remarked  'Americans did not want her running the nation but we all sure agree on her good looks.'

And so it continues. Eyewear manufacturers have had to increase production of the style of glasses she wears by ten-fold. 'We can't keep up with the demand' an eyewear retailer in Kansas told us. The actual brand she wore 'Kazuo Kawasaki' has hit jackpot. Her hairstyle, hair colouring and clothing have become the latest fashion statement for many American women and of course there is all the attention from men. All over the internet from YouTube to the steamier sites men can't get enough of Sarah. Posters of Sarah are going up in workrooms, clubs and bars across the nation and we all know now that one producer of pornographic films offered her a million dollars to star in a flick. Everywhere Sarah goes men turn their heads and a day rarely goes by without some guy whistling at her.
‘Todd kind of liked it at first, I think that has changed. It’s all starting to get to him and remember that this is his wife and it’s pretty hard on a regular guy like Todd to have to compete with the entire male population of the US’ remarked a Wasilla local who wished to remain unnamed.'But Todd is very much the silent type and he will just keep it all inside. He is a strong man and he will see this through’. The question on everyone’s lips however is whether Sarah will see him through?
