Secret UFO messages: The ‘Cosmic Capitalism’ doctrine

So much about the UFO phenomena remains enigmatic. UFO sceptics often ask the question as to why don’t aliens just land on the White House lawn and end all the mystery surrounding their presence on earth?
An extraterrestrial civilization is visiting earth and communicating through unmanned probes. Seemingly successful attempts at deciphering these messages by top-secret Government think-tanks could provide clues.
One idea based on these extraterrestrial messages is the ‘Cosmic Capitalism’ theory. Put simply, this term alludes to the idea that human beings are part of a struggle for survival and pecking order that we are not even aware of. We are competing against civilizations and life forms of which we know nothing about.
Another term of interest is the 'Bio-Cosmic Equation’. This term refers to the spread of life throughout the universe. For every thousand planets (for example) that contain plants one will contain animals. For every ten thousand planets that contain intelligent life forms that have evolved to the level the human race have one will have produced a civilization that has moved on to the next technological threshold. And so forth.
The odds for the human race making it to the next technological and moral threshold are not good. Most such civilizations destroy themselves. Hence we may only be of limited interest to an advanced civilization whose attention is spread between countless other life bearing planets.
According to the doctrine of Cosmic Capitalism most organisms, regardless of how much they have evolved, ultimately do things for their own benefit. While Aliens are not visiting earth to help or save us, the Bio-Cosmic Equation does contain a moral code that dictates how they interact with us.
In accordance with the doctrine of Cosmic Capitalism any alien civilization that has reached a threshold beyond humanity is going to feel little desire to just hand over the products of possibly tens of thousands of years of discipline and restraint to a species that has little chance of overcoming its negative traits and achieving the same.
Furthermore, according to the moral codes associated with the Bio-Cosmic equation it would be irresponsible to do so and potentially dangerous to hand over powerful technologies to thousands of less evolved civilizations. Such actions could put the very universe at risk. The very fact that any alien race achieves a threshold beyond humanity implies an understanding of this.
If humans are not to reach the next threshold it would also be immoral and cruel to show them the great future they will never enjoy. Hence Aliens that visit earth do so in a fairly low key manner: making sure that their existence is regarded by earthlings as dubious.
Perhaps this is a test.
It is my own personal belief that we can force visiting aliens to reveal themselves. The reality is they have given us empirical proof that they are visiting earth but consensus reality stands in our way. First contact is up to our visitors from space but we can force their hand.
Once they realise we have blown their cover, the moral code associated with Cosmic Capitalism obliges them to reveal their presence openly. To do otherwise would be to laugh in the face of a doomed species. They can only let us die out as long as we remain unaware of them.
Secret Government committees of the major superpowers know all of this and realise that time is running out to openly disclose what they know of UFO visitation. Power structures on earth will tumble and reverse should open contact occur. Some believe that one of the reasons that western nations do not disclose is because first contact might spell their doom. The knowledge of just how far they sit from the top of tree could prove to be a crushing blow that they might never recover from.
The time is near. Will earthlings rise above consensus reality and declare to the aliens ‘We know you are here ‘and thus save the human race?
