Amazing UFO video taken above Beijing revealed

Rest assured, our governments from China to the USA tell us, all the universe's billions of galaxies and all those galaxies' billions of planets were created exclusively for the enjoyment of the human race and other than earth all these planets are probably completely vacant (never mind the probability that the human race will destroy itself before it gets past Mars).
No aliens are visiting us and anyone that thinks they are needs their head examined, we are informed.
In China, curious and concerned citizens are calmed down by being told that any strange objects they see in the sky are only 'reflections of high-rise neon lights against cloud droplets as a result of strange weather conditions' or kites.
In the US it's swamp gas or Venus.
The following video, sent to us by a reader from China, has leaked out. Taken in 2007 in the vicinity of Beijing it is being studied by astronomers and scientists who, themselves, are not so sure it is a reflection of city lights.
